How do I create an account?
Click Register, choose a username (4–12 characters), a password, and a 4-digit secondary PIN used in-game. The same account works on the website and in the game.
I forgot my password.
Sign in with your current password and change it from the Account page. If you are fully locked out, contact staff on Discord.
The game won't connect.
Check the Server Status on the home page. If servers are online but you still can't connect, verify the launcher has finished patching and that your firewall isn't blocking it.
What is the secondary PIN?
A 4-digit number used inside the client for character security actions. Keep it private.
