How do I create an account?

Click Register, enter your email, choose a Game ID, a password, and a 4-digit secondary PIN used in-game. The launcher uses the same account.

I forgot my password.

Sign in with your current password and change it from the Account page. If you are fully locked out, contact staff on Discord.

The game will not connect.

Check the Server Status on the home page. If servers are online but you still cannot connect, verify the launcher has finished patching and that your firewall is not blocking it.

What is the secondary PIN?

A 4-digit number used inside the client for character security actions. Keep it private.

What kind of server is LegacySky?

LegacySky is being built as a retail-like x2 Classic Twelve Sky 2.5 server: faithful to the old rhythm, improved where it helps responsiveness and stability, and shaped with community feedback.

Does the server depend on donations?

No. The server is planned as a long-term project and does not depend on donations to stay online. Optional Legacy Credits may support the work, but they are not the reason the server exists.
