1. Independent Project

Ang LegacySky ay independent, fan-operated private server project. Hindi ito opisyal at hindi affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, o approved ng anumang original game developer, publisher, operator, o rights holder. Lahat ng trademark, pangalan, artwork, at copyrighted materials ay pag-aari ng kani-kanilang may-ari.

2. Accounts and Access

Responsibilidad mong panatilihing ligtas ang account credentials mo. Maaari naming i-suspend o isara ang accounts na nag-aabuso sa service, gumagamit ng exploits, nanggugulo sa ibang players, umiiwas sa bans, gumagamit ng automation, nagbebenta ng accounts, o lumalabag sa terms.

3. Game Service

Ang service ay para sa entertainment at testing. Availability, rates, content, characters, items, rankings, events, at account data ay maaaring magbago, ma-reset, o pansamantalang mawala habang nagme-maintain, nagpa-patch, nagba-balance, o nagpo-protect kami ng server.

4. Digital Items and Credits

Ang optional credits, rewards, o digital items ay limited at revocable access features para lang sa private server na ito. Hindi ito property, walang cash value, at hindi transferable. Delivered Legacy Credits ay karaniwang non-refundable maliban kung required by law o dahil sa verified billing/delivery error namin.

5. Payment Records and Disputes

Para protektahan ang players at service, maaari kaming magtago ng payment at delivery evidence gaya ng account ID, email, selected package, payment amount, IP address, user agent, accepted policy version, credit delivery status, at support communications. Kontakin muna ang support bago mag-file ng payment dispute.

6. Player Conduct

Huwag mang-harass, magpanggap na staff, magkalat ng malware, gumamit ng vulnerabilities, mangialam sa server, magtangkang unauthorized access, o gamitin ang service para sa unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual Property Concerns

Kung ikaw ay rights holder o authorized representative at sa tingin mo may material sa LegacySky na dapat alisin, baguhin, o i-attribute nang iba, kontakin kami sa support@legacysky.net na may sapat na detalye.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ang LegacySky ay provided as-is at as-available. Hangga't pinapayagan ng batas, hindi kami liable sa lost progress, service downtime, data loss, indirect damages, o issues mula sa third-party software, networks, o platforms.

9. Changes

Maaari naming i-update ang terms habang umuunlad ang project. Patuloy na paggamit ng website, launcher, o game pagkatapos ng changes ay nangangahulugang tinatanggap mo ang updated terms.
